These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the website www.alpinejobrecruitment.com (“Website”) and the services provided by Alpine Job Recruitment (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

 

By using this Website and/or engaging our recruitment or placement services, you (“User”, “Candidate”, or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our Website and services.

1. Company Information

The Company acts as an employment intermediary and recruitment service provider connecting job seekers (Candidates) with employers and businesses operating primarily in the French Alpine region (Courchevel, Méribel, La Tania, Champagny, and surrounding areas).

2. Scope of Services

 

Alpine Job Recruitment provides recruitment and placement services, including but not limited to:

    •    Advertising seasonal and permanent job vacancies on behalf of employers;

    •    Screening and pre-selection of candidates;

    •    Facilitating communication between employers and job seekers;

    •    Providing bilingual (Polish/English or French/English) recruitment assistance;

    •    Offering candidate guidance related to accommodation, travel, and documentation when appropriate.

 

The Company does not employ candidates directly unless otherwise specified in a written contract.

The employment relationship exists solely between the Candidate and the Client (Employer).

3. Candidate Responsibilities

 

By applying for a position through Alpine Job Recruitment, the Candidate agrees to:

    •    Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and application;

    •    Ensure they hold the legal right to work in France or the European Union;

    •    Maintain up-to-date contact details and notify the Company of any changes;

    •    Attend scheduled interviews or notify of cancellations promptly;

    •    Behave professionally and respectfully towards all parties involved.

 

Alpine Job Recruitment does not charge candidates any recruitment or placement fees.

Any costs related to travel, accommodation, or documentation remain the Candidate’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.1. Employment Eligibility

 

The Candidate is solely responsible for ensuring they:

    •    Have the right to work in France or the relevant country;

    •    Hold valid documents (passport, ID, visa, EU residence rights, etc.);

    •    Meet legal requirements for the role.

 

The Agency is not responsible for delays or refusals related to work permits or visa issues.

3.2 Confidentiality and Conduct

 

Candidates must not:

    •    Share job details, employer information, or internal Agency communication with third parties;

    •    Apply directly to employers for roles introduced by the Agency without the Agency’s involvement;

    •    Misuse employer contact details provided for interview purposes.

 

Failure to respect confidentiality may result in removal from the recruitment process.

4. Client (Employer) Responsibilities

 

Clients engaging Alpine Job Recruitment agree to:

    •    Provide full and accurate job descriptions, employment terms, and salary information;

    •    Ensure all employment offers comply with French labour law and EU regulations;

    •    Maintain adequate insurance and workplace safety standards for all employees;

    •    Pay the agreed recruitment fee to Alpine Job Recruitment as per the issued invoice and within the agreed payment period.

 

The Client remains solely responsible for the employment contract, payroll, and all legal obligations toward the hired Candidate(s).

5. Fees, Payment Terms, Replacement, and Refund Policy

 

5.1 Fees and Payment Terms

    •    Recruitment fees and commission rates shall be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the recruitment process.

    •    The recruitment fee becomes due and payable only after the Candidate and the Employer have both signed the employment contract.

    •    The invoice shall be issued upon contract signature, and payment shall be due within 14 (fourteen) days of the invoice date.

    •    Late payments may incur statutory interest charges in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

5.2 No Replacement Guarantee

 

The Agency does not provide a free replacement service if a Candidate leaves or is terminated at any time.

Any new recruitment request is treated as a new and separate assignment.

​

 

5.3 Rebate Policy 

 

If the Candidate leaves during the 4 weeks probation period, the Client may be eligible for the following:

 

Departure before Week 4

→ The Client receives a 50% rebate of the recruitment fee.

 

Departure after Week 4 

→ The Client receives a 20% discount on the recruitment fee for the next candidate hired through the Agency.

5.4 Conditions for Rebates and Discounts

 

Rebates/discounts are granted only if:

    •    The original recruitment fee invoice was paid on time;

    •    The Agency is notified of the Candidate’s departure within 48 hours;

    •    Employment terms were not changed without agreement;

    •    The Client did not contribute to or cause the Candidate’s departure.

 

No rebates or discounts apply after the probation period ends.

5.6 Seasonal Re-Engagement of the Same Candidate – 2026 Season Only

 

For seasonal employment during the 2026 season only, if the Client re-employs or re-engages a Candidate previously introduced and placed by Alpine Job Recruitment, no additional recruitment fee shall be payable for the re-engagement of the same Candidate.

 

This clause applies solely to the 2026 seasonal period and is offered as a temporary, goodwill arrangement by the Agency.

 

The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

    •    this free re-engagement policy applies only for the 2026 season;

    •    the Agency reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or introduce additional fees for the re-engagement of the same Candidate in future seasons;

    •    any future seasonal re-engagements may be subject to new or revised fee structures, as set out in the Agency’s Terms and Conditions applicable at that time.

 

No rights or expectations are created beyond the 2026 season unless expressly agreed in writing by the Agency.

5.7 Candidate Fees

    •    There are no placement or registration fees for Candidates.

    •    Candidates are not required to make any payment to Alpine Job Recruitment at any stage of the process.

​

 

6. Non-Circumvention (8-Month Protection)

 

The Client agrees not to contact, approach, hire, engage, or employ any Candidate introduced by the Agency without paying the recruitment fee.

 

This restriction applies for 8 months from the date of introduction and includes:

    •    Direct hire

    •    Indirect hire (through subsidiaries, partners, or related companies)

    •    Hire through another agency

    •    Hire initiated by the Candidate themselves

 

If the Client engages the Candidate within this 8-month period, the full recruitment fee becomes immediately due, regardless of how the engagement occurs.

 

Any attempt to bypass the Agency may result in legal action and recovery of all damages and fees.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

 

Alpine Job Recruitment processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and French data protection law (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

    •    All candidate and client data are processed solely for recruitment purposes.

    •    Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

    •    Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting alpinejobrecruitment@gmail.com.

 

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information obtained during the recruitment process.

8. Website Use

 

Users agree not to:

    •    Post false or misleading information;

    •    Impersonate another person or entity;

    •    Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;

    •    Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

 

Alpine Job Recruitment reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

9. Liability Disclaimer

 

While Alpine Job Recruitment acts with due care and professionalism, the Company:

    •    Does not guarantee employment or any specific job outcome;

    •    Is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from or related to employment agreements between Clients and Candidates;

    •    Is not responsible for errors, delays, or cancellations beyond its reasonable control.

 

In no event shall Alpine Job Recruitment be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

 

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images on this Website, are the intellectual property of Alpine Job Recruitment and are protected under French and international copyright law.

Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Chambéry, Savoie, France.

12. Modifications to the Terms

 

Alpine Job Recruitment reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The most recent version will always be published on the Website with the updated “Last Updated” date.

 

Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
