My Story
Hi, I’m Dorota Thompson, founder of Alpine Job Recruitment.
For me, recruitment is more than just finding a job or an employee. My mission is to connect people so that both parties are satisfied and can build a successful partnership.
I have lived and worked in the Alps for over 12 years. Having held numerous positions in the tourism and hospitality industry, I have a deep understanding of both employers' needs and candidates' expectations. I know what kind of people companies are truly looking for and what qualities are important in this role.
I believe that working in the Alps is more than just earning money. It's a chance to experience a unique adventure, living in the mountains and enjoying some of the best ski areas in the world. My goal is to help candidates find not only a job but also an experience that will last a lifetime, and to provide employers with motivated and well-selected employees.
