Hi, I’m Dorota Thompson, founder of Alpine Job Recruitment.

Originally from Poland, I’ve lived and worked for many years in the French Alps, in the same kinds of seasonal roles I now help others find. From housekeeping and hospitality to guest services and chalet support, I’ve seen firsthand what makes a great team member and what employers really need each season.

 

I created Alpine Job Recruitment to connect reliable, hard-working Polish and European staff with Alpine businesses that value professionalism and dedication. I know how important it is to find the right people, the ones who not only do the job well but also bring a positive attitude to every day.

 

For me, this work is about more than hiring, it’s about connecting people so that both sides are happy, supported, and ready for a successful season in the mountains.
